Privacy Policy
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
Artlet Lab ("we," "us," or "our") sets out this Privacy Policy as follows regarding the handling of users' information in the mobile application "HealthyMap" (the "App").

2. Information we collect and purposes of use
The App collects the following information.
(1) Information you enter

(3) About voice
When you use voice input, your voice is converted to text on your device, and the voice itself is neither stored nor transmitted.
3. Where information is stored, and information we do not store
- Your data is stored in Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage), provided by Google LLC. The storage region is Tokyo.
- We do not store your location. It is obtained each time to search for restaurants and is sent to the external services described below.
- Device settings (display settings, units, read status, and so on) are stored only on your device.
- We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number (except when you register with a Google or Apple account, in which case we obtain the email address registered to that account).
4. Provision to external services
To provide its features, the App sends information to the following external services.

Provision to third parties in foreign countries
All of the recipients above are businesses located in the United States or other foreign countries. The systems for protecting personal information in those countries may differ from those in Japan. For how each business handles personal information, please refer to the privacy policy published by each business.
5. Provision to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
Information that is made public
Content posted as reviews (text, tags, photos, menu item names, and date and time of posting) is made public to other users of the App. Please check the content before posting.
6. Use of statistical information
We may use statistical information, processed so that individuals cannot be identified, to improve the service.
For the feature that aggregates the terms used in searches in a form not linked to individuals, you can opt out in the App's settings.
7. Retention and deletion
- Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.
- You can delete your account in the App's settings. When you do, your data, including records, reviews, conversation history, and usage records, is deleted and cannot be restored.
- Cached information about restaurants is kept in a form not linked to individuals.
8. Security measures
We take appropriate security measures for the information we collect, such as restricting access rights and encrypting communications.
9. Requests for disclosure and other actions
You may request that we disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information about you that we hold. Please contact us at the contact address in Section 1 above.
10. Age restrictions
- The App is intended for people aged 13 and over. People under 13 may not use it.
- If you are under 18, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- The App includes features for managing weight and recording meals. It is not intended to be used by people who are still growing for the purpose of excessive weight loss. If you have any concerns, please consult a parent, guardian, or doctor.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy. If we make an important change, we will notify you within the App.
