Terms of Use

Effective: September 27, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile application "BoothLog" (the "App") provided by Artlet Lab ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Article 2 (What the App does)

The App is a tool for recording and totaling sales made at events, fairs and the like.

We do not guarantee that the App can replace a cash register, accounting software or a tax return.

Article 3 (Your records)

Your records are stored only on your device. We do not hold your records and cannot restore them.

Records may be lost if your device breaks or is lost, if you delete the App, or if you reset your device. Please export and keep copies of important records yourself.

Article 4 (Totals and exports)

The totals the App shows and exports are calculated from the records you enter.

The App does not make tax judgments. Please check tax matters yourself or with a professional such as a tax accountant. We are not responsible for tax outcomes based on the App's totals or exports.

Article 5 (Paid features)

The App offers paid features as a one-time purchase. The purchase unlocks linking with other devices, exporting, importing and changing the app icon, and removes ads.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown on the purchase screen. It is not a subscription and never renews automatically.

If you change devices, use "Restore purchase" with the same account to use the features again.

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the App Store or Google Play. We cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, the paid features stop working, but your records are not deleted.

Article 6 (Ads)

If you have not made the purchase, the App shows ads. Ads are provided by ad networks, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they advertise.

Article 7 (Prohibited conduct)

You must not:

Article 8 (Changes to and end of the App)

We may change the App or stop providing it. If we stop providing it, we will take care that you can still export the records on your device.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee that the App is complete, accurate or useful.

We are not liable for damage arising from your use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App.

Article 10 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms. If we make important changes, we will announce them on this page.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
